We are looking to set up a register of villagers who would be willing to act as volunteers to drive and assist any residents who need help to get to post offices and or shops etc, as although we do have a bus service it is not that frequent and some people cannot access the bus.

However, although we do need to know if we have any volunteers, and indeed we already do have a couple of names on the register, we need to know if the service is required by the villagers.   So if you would like to be a volunteer driver or indeed can volunteer other services please contact Ruth Redgate, the Parish Clerk.

If you think you would be interesting in using the service or indeed you have a requirement for a different service, or would like further information please again please contact Ruth  –  any approaches will be treated in the strictest confidence.
